On New Years Eve the girls and I went to a party at the church. It didn't start until 9 o' clock! I was really tired by that time of day, but the girls were dying to go! John had to work, but luckily he made it to the party by about 11:30. It was a dessert pot luck! Desert+Kids up way past there bed time=LOT'S OF LOUD, WILD KIDS!

"Happy 'YAWN' New Year!" - LakeAgain the girls went home and went to bed quickly before "Father Time" came! Father Time comes on New Years and fills your shoes with candy and prizes!

Summer and Lake checking out their Loot! We all got dressed and went to Grammy and Grandpas for New Years dinner! GiGi (Johns Grandmother) had brought a bunch of aprons for the girls to wear! Don't they look cute!
We had a Yummy Traditional Southern New Years dinner of Ham, cornbread and Black Eyed peas! It's supposed to be good luck! We'll take all the good luck we can get!
The girls had a fun day of visiting and playing with their cousin and Aunts and Uncles! Happy New Year!
