World Fest!

We were able to sneak away for a couple of days to go to Branson! The girls were excited because the hotel we stayed in was like a "Castle"!

What's the best part about staying in a hotel? The FREE DOUGHNUTS!

The girls felt like "Zack and Cody" running around the hotel!
Snuggling up after swimming in the indoor pool!

Silver Dollar City was having their "World Fest"! It's my favorite festival by far! They have lots of different shows from all over the world. It is always so fun and interesting! It is the largest international festival in the United States! Pretty cool! The shows only last about 30 minutes, but that is plenty long enough for the kids! We saw many different wonderful shows!

Zunyi Acrobats of China

The acrobats were awesome! It is amazing that their little bodies can do all those things! The girls were astounded and Nana was a little nervous about some of their tricks!

Ireland's Feet of Fire

The Irish dancers were very good and the band that played was great! I just love Celtic music! Sky had fun clapping to the music!

We also saw the Saloon show which is always cute! It's always a nice break in the day to get some root beer and popcorn and sit down for a few minutes!

Waitin' in line for the show!

Beggars Row from Scotland

This was our favorite show! The Scottish girls weren't as good or impressive as the Irish dancers, but the music ROCKED! The played "Brave Scotland" which is the tune of "Praise to the Man" on the bagpipes! SO GREAT! Then they chimed in with the fiddle and drums! Awesome! I wish we would have gotten a video of it! The Irish and Scott's really know how to party!

Of course, we still went on as many rides as we could! Nana would take Sky and shop and go to different shows while we take the big girls on the rides. Then we would meet back up together for the shows! It is so great to have Nana with us! We love you Nana!

Lake wanted to sit in the very front of the very first car on the Powder Keg! She did great! Our girls are such daredevils!

"One of these days I'll be big enough to ride! But for right now, I'm just chillin' here sippin' on my juice box!"

"Hey Look! There's Summer and Dada!"

"There they Go!"

We had a great weekend and lots of good family fun! It's always so nice to get away from home, school and work and just enjoy being a family! We could not have asked for more beautiful weather! It was wonderful! GOOD TIMES! GOOD TIMES!
