Lake has really become my little "Workout Buddy"! Whenever I am working out she will come out and want me to tell her exercises to do! She will lift her little weights, do push ups, sit ups, just whatever I tell her. It is very cute! I was babysitting her friend Riley, and they decided to put on a kids workout DVD. I had bought them a few of these different DVDs so they could maybe burn off a little energy on days when they can't go outside. They really enjoy them. I like them all except for the one they are watching in this video. It's a dance/choreography workout and it is very complicated. But they were really watching and trying to do what they saw. It was pretty funny!
Even Sky got into it!
