New Years with Friends and Family!

Today we went to Grammy and Grandpas for a New Years lunch! We had the traditional ham, cornbread and "black eyed peas"! It was yummy! John had to go home to sleep, so the girls and I headed to the mall to meet up with some friends! Glenna Marris was in town (she used to live here, but they moved to South Dakota this past summer). So a few of us met to visit and let the kids play!

Heather Haskin, Me, Glenna Marris, Gretchen LaVetter and Tara Smith

What is kind of unique about this group of "Ladies" is that up until about 5 months ago we each had 3 daughters a piece! Yes that's right-15 girls between us. All of the kids are 12 and under! Tara finally had a boy! She broke the trend! If Sean were there with her 5 girls and Melissa Fox was still here with her 4 girls we would really have a party!

While we were visiting and the kids were running around playing, the playground was packed! But, when we called all of our kids over for the picture, we realized that the playground was empty! WOW! Talk about an estrogen overload!

I truly love my friends! I have so many! The friends that I talk to everyday and the friends that I associate with whenever I get the chance! The friends that rush to pack up your flooded house and the friends that bring you little treats for Valentines day! I have great friends that I have had forever and friends that have moved away, and they all hold a special place in my heart! To those of you that are far away, I think of you often and have fond memories of our times together! Weather it was working out, lifting, running, Joy School, play group, time spent crying, time spent laughing or just time well spent, I always enjoy my time with all of my friends! I have learned so much from each of you, and you have all supported me in one way or another! I hope I can be such a friend! I have been very blessed to share my life with you all! I hope you all have a Great New Year!
