John got to be home for a few days so we got to spend some time as a family for a change. Friday night we had the Mobly family over for dinner! They have 2 girls and 2 BOYS! We aren't used to having boys around. Everybody had a good time-Lake said she was going to marry their 5 year old! They were all playing together and we heard somebody "toot"! We thought it was the boys-No it was Lake. And the sad thing is that she is so proud of it! After they left Lake smiled and said "I tooted for Aaron and Benjamin!"
On Saturday we went to the Frito Lay picnic at Craighead Forrest Park! Dang it!-I forgot my camera! We had beautiful weather and the girls had a great time. They had lot's of games for the kids. Lake played a game where you had to grab a rubber duck from a little pool-instead of reaching farther, she just got right in with them. She was soaked from the waist down! They got to hug "Chester Cheetah" and eat some yummy BBQ!
After the picnic we went to see Grandpa! He was building us a bench for our yard and wanted the girls to help him! I think John was a much bigger help than the girls, but they think they did a lot!

Since the weather was so great we didn't want to go home so we went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner and went to Golf World to play Putt-Putt! It was Lakes first time! We had a fun time!
We stopped counting Lakes strokes after 5. I think some of her holes were about a 15. She suddenly became the expert and started trying to teach John and I how to do it! She would get mad if we hit the ball before she could give us instructions!
This is Johns LUCKY ELEPHANT! He got 2 "hole in one's" on each side of this elephant!
Of Course-Sky enjoyed the view...and some graham crackers!
Then it was home for bath and bed to get ready for the Primary Program on Sunday!
