We usually watch fireworks at the lake on the 3rd, but we were kind of tired, so we decided to go buy some and have a private viewing at the farm! Nana, Papaw, the girls and I watched from the front porch. While Daddy (the pyromaniac) did the honors!
Sky thought the fireworks were cool!

On the 4th we went to the Salem park to watch fireworks by the lake. They are surprisingly GOOD! We went to Sonic to get slushies to keep us cool and took a blanket to lay on the grass.
Just waitin' for it to get dark!
Sky had fun rolling all over the blanket!
We love fireworks!
Who needs the fireworks-it's more fun to pick grass!
