Sky had her birthday party a week early. Between vacations and Dad's work schedule, we had to switch it a little! Sky is very into her animal sounds and identifying them by name. So what better than a "Farm" party! She loved it! We brought out the fireplace, pulled up some hay bails and ate some "Pigs-in-Blankets" and Chili! It was a little cold by the end of the night, but I think everyone had a good time! Thanks to the Haskins, Heiners, and Parry's for coming and sharing the evening with us! It got dark earlier than I thought it would, so I don't have many good pictures. I hate Daylight Saving Time!

Look at the mischievous look on all my girls faces! What is it about my wild little girls?!

" I'm HUNGARY! Let's EAT!"

Okay! This was the cake! Let me tell ya-This was so EASY and was a result of pure laziness on my part! I hate frosting cupcakes! It's messy and I can't ever seem to make them look nice. Here's what I did-I made the cupcakes and then covered them with chocolate Almond Bark. That's another thing I hate about frosting cupcakes-the kids will lick off the frosting and then throw the cake away. This way they can't-it's all stuck together. Then to go along with the "Farm" theme I got some cheap silk sunflower bushes and took them off their stems. I then put the leaves and flower on a toothpick and stuck them in the cupcakes. So easy and I thought it turned out really cute!

We played "Pin the Tail on the Piggy"!

With a "Moo-Moo" here and an "Oink-Oink" there...it was a fun evening to celebrate our favorite 2 year old!
Happy Birthday Sky!
