Summer had her sleepover last night! She kept it small and only invited Elora, Jayden, Lilliana and of course Lake! The girls and the pizza arrived at the same time! So we pigged out on pizza and veggies before we went to the movies (because Miss Rachel is way to cheap to buy "movie popcorn"!) Then they dressed up like "Movie Stars" to go to the movies! We went to see "College Road Trip"! It was cute, but they were ready to play by the end of the movie! I just want to say "I LOVE MY VAN!" I felt so much like my mom as I drove screaming girls across town to the theater! I just turned up the radio, looked straight ahead, and kept quiet! I remember my mom doing that ALOT! After the movie we came home, put on our P.J.'s and decorated birthday cakes! This was a fun idea! I couldn't find a fun craft and I wasn't sure what I was going to do for her cake. So, I just made them each their own cake and let them decorate them themselves! They had lot's fun! They played some pillow fight games, screamed, played dress up, screamed, played tag, screamed, watched some movies, screamed (You get the idea!). Jayden and Lake were the first ones to drop at about 10 o'clock! But, Summer, Lilly and Elora stayed up until 1:30am! I finally had to be the Mean Mom and make them lay down and go to sleep! For breakfast we had chocolate/chocolate chip waffles with whip cream, strawberries and O.J.! It was quite yummy! Then the girls let the balloons fly away! It was funny! The girls took the balloons out in the driveway to let them go! Of course they were screaming the whole time! So the little boys across the street came out to see what was going on. They saw the balloons flying up in the air over their house, and just so happened that they were playing with their BB guns! So they TOOK AIM! I don't think they hit any, but it was just funny to see the difference in boys and girls! Then the girls decided to have a silly string fight outside! I think everyone had fun! Summer and Lake were good hostesses and they helped to keep things in order! Now I think were all going to take a nap!
(Watch Lake blow out her candle! I didn't realize what happened until I watched the video! Yikes! That was close!)

Man, you kept it small... smart. And you made them go to bed at a decent hour. Really smart. Glad that they had fun... (hard to believe that they're 8 now, isn't it?)
