If you haven't noticed, John and I are supporting Mitt Romney in the upcoming elections! I have not been this fired up about politics in 8 years! In 2000 I was so excited thinking that John McCain had a chance of getting the nomination. I really liked him and was very excited about that possibility. So why, you may ask, am I not supporting him now? It's simple-He's a "Sell-Out"! He will say and do anything to get elected. Back when he was really wanting to change things and had the gut's to stand up for things, he had my respect. But not now! And don't even get me started about Huckabee! Oh My GOSH! To me there is only 1 clear choice to make any type of change in our government. I know it's not very polite or politically correct to voice my opinions so loudly. But, I really am an independent person who enjoys the freedoms that I have and the freedoms that my children will have. I am very much a feminist (in my own way). Not that I don't think a woman should be president-I just don't think Hillary should be it! So in case anyone was wondering about my political views, there it is! Everyone please go vote! Our country is falling apart!

I would have to agree I am a little concerned about who our next President will be. I'm no longer too thrilled about anyone.
That's too funny what you said about McCain. I also loved him prior to this election, but he's really bugging me this time around to put it nicely.
About your post below. I haven't heard the word "carnie" since Glenna M. I'm sure she would be proud. I want to become a carnie. We could really use some boxes of cash. :) Sounds great!
