Happy Labor Day Weekend!

Since John had to work all weekend, the girls and I headed up to the farm to have a quick visit with Nana and Pawpaw! We had to squeeze in one last trip on the pontoon. The island was too crowded so we had to find another sandy beach to park-not as nice as the island, but still fun!

Sky wore a "floatie" bathing suit for the first time! These Speedo floatie bathing suits are a right of passage for the Stephens girls! I still had to hold her, but next year she'll have it down! She enjoyed sitting with Pawpaw and eating graham crackers!

Lake had fun letting her hair blow in the wind!

Lake experienced something for the first time...she got bit by a fish! So this is how she decided to play in the water the rest of the day! Did she get out of the lake-NO WAY! But did she leave any body part in the water-NO WAY!

We headed home on Saturday night so the girls could practice for the upcoming primary program. Both of the girls have their parts memorized, so they were pretty excited to show it off! Lake was OK for the first hour, but their was no way she was going to make it through hour number 2. So she ended up coming to class with me. Hopefully she will be able to make it through the program OK. Then after church John had to sleep so the girls and I went to Grammy and Grandpas for a visit and dinner. It was a nice day!

On Monday the Terrels had a little "end of summer" swimming party! We had lot's of good food and lot's of fun with friends.

Summer and Jayden had fun doing tricks and dancing on the diving board!
