!!!WARNING!!!!
The Following Pictures are NOT for the Squeamish!!!
And these pictures are from when she pulled the bar stool over onto her head!
Sky had pulled a bar stool over to the pantry to get a snack. Rain was standing next to her and was holding onto the stool. While holding onto the stool she fell backwards taking the stool with her. I heard her cry and ran over to get the stool off of her. When I picked up the stool, BLOOD shot up the wall. It must have just hit perfectly on a gusher! She was crying and Sky was scared to death! We had blood all the way down the hallway where I carried her to get a washcloth. Sky was stuck in the pantry because her stool was gone. She wanted down but my arms were covered in blood so she didn't want to touch me. It was a little chaotic to say the least! But Rain's cut stopped bleeding within about 30 seconds and she was done crying within about a minute! She was playing peek a boo with me while she was in the bathtub and I was calling John to tell him what had just happened.
Doesn't the red blood really make her blue eyes stand out? After calling several different people and asking opinions about weather or not I should go get her stitches, I finally decided to take care of it myself and she seems to be healing just fine. We even made it to Lake's field trip on time that morning! Oh the crazy day's of being a mother! We call Rain "Cannonball" because she has such a big, hard head! When she head-butts you, you know it! We sure were grateful for her big, hard noggin that day!
