Summer Turns 10

My baby is now DOUBLE DIGITS! Time sure does FLY! For Summer's birthday she decided to keep it small. She invited Jayden for a sleepover. We dropped Lake and Sky off at Grammys, picked up Jayden on Friday, right after school, and headed to the Beauty School.
They each got manicuresWhile Rain and I watched...Then they got facials...While Rain and I watched. They were relaxed and fresh and ready to party! Then they decided that they wanted to eat at Fazoli's for dinner, so off we went. The next morning, after breakfast, the girls decorated their own birthday cakes. This is becoming a new tradition for the bigger girls. They love it and it saves me a lot of work! The girls played all day in their P.J.'s and then gave each other pedicures. After Jayden went home the girls were all still in their jammies and playing outside. I was too tired to argue! Then Lake and Sky ran in and grabbed their own cakes and a fork and headed back outside to eat them in the driveway. I can just imagine what my neighbors thought about seeing these kids outside eating a WHOLE cake in their jammies at 4 o'clock in the afternoon! Good thing I don't care about appearances!
Summer is growing up into such a wonderful youg lady! She is a great student, a smart girl, a caring big sister and a wonderful help to me! We Love You!
Happy Birthday Summer! You are such a great kid!
