Don't Leave ME!

Sky is a Funny little girl! She is very attached to her family! We can't even put shoes on without hearing "Don't Leave Me!".

Every time I go to a new room..."Don't Leave Me!".

Sometimes she will walk away from me and then turn around to tell me "Don't Leave Me!".

The thing is...I've NEVER left her!!! You would think that this poor little paranoid child has been left so much that she is just reminding me that she is still here. But I've never forgot, overlooked, sneaked out on her...NOTHING! She just likes to remind us that she doesn't want to be left behind!

The other day I was ironing a shirt and she came in and watched me for a bit and then said, several times-"Mom, don't Hit me."

WHAT?!

"Don't Hit me with that." (pointing at the iron)

In my head I'm just thinking "Do you even know what HIT means? Because she's never been hit! Especially by a hot iron!

If I lift her up on or am getting her down from something high she always reminds me "Be careful with me Mom!".
"Have I EVER dropped YOU?!"

She also is my most Vain child so far. Anytime I do her hair or get her dressed she goes around to each family member to ask "You like my hair?", "You like my outfit?", "You like my shoes?"
She will continue to repeat these questions until you tell her how pretty she looks and then she gets a big smile and then goes on to the next person.

I definitely don't think she will be a forgotten "middle" child! She's already making sure that we all know that she's there and how to take care of her! What a funny little girl!
