Today Lake and I had a "Getting Ready for School Date"! I would do this with Summer each year before she went to school.
Now that Lake is getting ready to go off to Kindergarten she gets her special date! 
The first thing we did was go to the beauty school to get her nails done! I got a pedicure (since I can't comfortably reach my toes at the moment)!
Here's the finished product! Pink with purple polka dots!
Then we went to Shoguns for lunch! She loves the FIRE! She ate most of her meal with the kiddie chopsticks!
She also likes watching their fish!
We went to the mall and did a little school shopping and the day finally ended with a trip to the pediatrician for her kindergarten check up and S-H-O-T-S! She did really well! They said her hearing is perfect, her eye sight wonderful and she weighs 48 lbs and is 44 inches tall! She was very brave for her shots! She did cry on the second and especially third one, but she held it together really well! We had a fun day of girlie stuff together! I can't believe my Baby Lake is leaving for kindergarten! What a Big Girl she is!
