Happy St. Patty's Day!

On Sunday we celebrated Saint Patricks Day! We celebrated early due to Johns work schedule. We had Corned beef, veggies, green salad (with green grapes, Granny Smith Apples & spinach) and of course green kool aid to drink!
Then we had lime sherbet for desert! It was good! We had never had corned beef before and it wasn't bad! We rocked out to Irish music which had become a favorite for my girls! Nana got us an Irish Christmas CD when we went to Branson last Christmas. The girls LOVE IT! It has very beautiful peppy music and it will always quiet the girls down in the van. So we got a new non-Christmas CD that we listened to during our dinner!
Summer and Lake had worked all day planning and making up games, decorations and activities. We played several games with paper Shamrocks and Gold (made by the girls!) We had some good entertainment after dinner! After game playing we went for a leisurely walk through the neighborhood. It was a great way to end our Irish celebration!
Happy St. Patricks Day!
