On Saturday we FINALLY had Lakes birthday party! It's not quite 2 months late! Poor middle child! Her birthday was the 29th of November. It's just such a hard time to get a party together. Not to mention broken legs and other things that took time out of that busy season. I had bought all the stuff for her "Fancy Nancy" party back in September. So it's not like I forgot-time just got away from us!
When all of the girls...and Kannon arrived we did "Princess" sticker sheets.

"WOW STICKERS!"-Sky
Then we all sat down to listen to a "Fancy Nancy" book. They all sat so "Fancy" and quietly!

They even learned some "Fancy" words like "Oh La La" and "Spectacular"!
This activity has been a party favorite for a long time! We play the music and all the kids dance and when the music stopped-they had to do a "Fancy" pose! Lake sure doesn't act like her leg is broken does she?!

We made pretty "Magic Fairy Wands"!

Here's the "Spread"! We had PB&J sandwiches (flower shaped), carrots, chips and strawberry lemonade for lunch.
We played a "Fancy" game while we ate lunch. You see, Fancy people always eat and drink with their "pinkie" finger in the air! So, while the children ate they had a little cookie ring on their pinkie finger to help remind them to keep their pinkies up! Not very many cookies lasted to the end of the meal!
When Lake opened her gifts I had each person pose for a picture with her...unfortunately this is the only one with her eyes open! Kannon and Lake are good buddies! Then it was time to sing to the "Birthday Girl"!

"Let Them Eat Cake!"
What kind of cake do you serve at a "Fancy Nancy" Party? Pink Cake with Pink Frosting-of course!
Lake said it was "The Best Day Ever!" We sure love you Lakey! Happy Belated Birthday!

Sooo fun! Lake looked so cute in her walker dancing like a wild women. It's fun to see all the the Jonesboro kiddies. We sure miss everybody.
By, the way Congrats on your pregnancy!! I'm predicting you all are having a boy. It seems like your water in Jonesboro is now producing boys. :) Can't wait to find out. I hope your feeling well.
Such a cute party, my daughter Kate is so into Fancy Nancy, I think it's going to be her next theme for her birthday in July. You did such a awesome party, I love the Cake!
